Black Forest Ventures Acquires 5050 Westheimer Building

The Woodlands, TX – November 1, 2010 – The Woodlands, TX – Black Forest Ventures announced today the announced the acquisition of the 5050 Westheimer Building.

The newly acquired property is in one of Houston’s most popular neighborhoods, among a dynamic mix of office buildings, shopping centers, high-end restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues. The 5050 Westheimer building is situated on 1.57 acres, consisting one five-story office building completed in 1964 (fully renovated in 1999 and 2000) and a six-level covered parking garage.
