The Woodlands, TX – July 18, 2011 – Black Forest Ventures announces full occupancy of its recently completed four-story, 70,000 sq.ft. building, which is a part of its Black Forest Park development.

Black Forest Park is strategically located at 4526 Research Forest Drive, at the intersection of Gosling Road, in The Woodlands, Texas. Easy access from I-45 along with close proximity to The Woodlands Town Center and surrounding residential neighborhoods makes Black Forest Park a very desirable location. Proven success of this address is evident through the immense popularity of the Hubbell & Hudson Kitchen occupying 5,000 square feet of space on the first floor.

Construction on this Class A property began in February 2010 and was completed this past November. This state-of-the-art building is the first phase of the Black Forest Park development and offers 70,000 square feet of flexible, mixed-use space to its office/retail occupants – with the largest tenant occupying 20,000 square feet of office space. There is also a strong interest for the new pad-site property located within Black Forest Park, which is designed for a single tenant retail/medical use.

Senior Asset Manager of Black Forest Ventures, Sean Quinn stated, “We’re very excited to announce that Crane Energy, DKI Consulting, EnergyQuest and Afton Chemical are among the many prestigious companies who have chosen this location as their new office address. Black Forest Park has an additional seven acre tract available for a build-to-suit; ideal for a four-story building, up to 150,000 square feet of space.”

Black Forest Ventures has a portfolio consisting of approximately 20 acres of undeveloped land and well-over 500,000 square feet of office space strategically located throughout The Woodlands. Mr. Quinn also stated, “We also have a strong interest in our recent 70,000 square foot, Class B re-development property located in Black Forest Technology Park in The Woodlands.”
