The Sum now calls 4526 Research Forest Building at the Black Forest Park its headquarters.

Located on the second floor, recently renovated spec suite has enough space – and more – for The Sum’s founding members Mr. Michael Rahn, CFP®; Christopher Melber, CFP®; Marc Laviage, CFP® and Donna Camacho .

4526 Research Forest was built in 2011, and recently went through some interior upgrades, located on the corner of The Woodlands’ two main arteries: Gosling Road and Research Forest Drive. “Black Forest Park’s central location in The Woodlands, with easy access from surrounding neighborhoods and ample local amenities made this move ‘a solid investment decision’ for our team.” said Mr. Michael Rahn, and added: “It was important for us to be in The Woodlands community, within reach.”

Bringing a simple and accountable approach to wealth management, The Sum is a registered investment advisory and a fee-only financial planning firm established in The Woodlands. With a successful industry and academic experience, The Sum offers comprehensive financial planning and investment management for individuals and families.

The Sum hosted a special open house in early November for special guests, friends and family members. The event was successfully arranged by TRIS, The Woodlands’ premier catering provider, with executive Chef Austin Simmons hands-on handling all the details.
