The Woodlands, Texas – December 20, 2012 — Black Forest Ventures today announced that it has received ENERGY STAR Certification for it’s Black Forest Tower located at 24 Waterway Avenue in The Woodlands, Texas.

Black Forest Tower earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) ENERGY STAR certification, which signifies that the building performs in the top 25 percent of similar facilities nationwide for energy efficiency and meets strict energy efficiency performance levels set by the EPA.

The 308,000 square feet, 13 Story class-A office building is in the heart of The Woodlands, as an anchor to the Waterway District. It houses the specialty food retailer Hubbell & Hudson Market & Bistro, and is home to some of the most recognized businesses. The Black Forest Tower is among the few Class-A properties with ENERGY STAR certifications in The Woodlands.
