The Woodlands, TX – June 29, 2012 – Black Forest Ventures started construction of the two new properties to be built within the Black Forest Technology Park in The Woodlands. Construction is expected to finish in Spring 2013.

Black Forest Technology Park consists of eight fully leased existing buildings, as well as a seven-acres tract of land available for a future built-to-suit. The new properties will be identical, two story 32,000 sq.ft. buildings with many class-A amenities.

The new buildings will be located on 2725 and 2750 Technology Forest Blvd., with easy access to The Woodlands Town Center and I-45 through Research Forest Drive, one of The Woodlands’ main arteries. Black Forest Ventures is pre-leasing the properties now, construction is expected to finish in Spring 2013.
