October 1, 2010 – The Woodlands, TX – Black Forest Ventures announced today an acquisition of an 11.32 acres tract of land located in The Woodlands, Texas.

The land acquired was one of last premium tracts available in The Woodlands’ desirable medical district, located between Six Pines and Pine Croft Drives. The Woodlands’ world-renowned medical district is home to several state-of-the-art medical facilities, including the Memorial Hermann Woodland Hospital.
